Terms and Conditions incorporating Privacy Settings

From initial booking you will receive a confirmation of order outlining the campaign you have booked and our designer will liaise with you directly to create your artwork and feature.  

You may also supply your own artwork and dimensions / specifications will be given to you at time of booking.  We do offer a free design service for your ease and your can supply text, images and logo for us to create your artwork. A proof is sent for your perusal where amendments can be made and your advertisement will only be inserted in the magazine upon your full proof approval.

There are a few options for payment, Debit / Credit Card, ( "We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties"), Bank Transfer, Cheque or Paypal. 

We would normally request a deposit to secure your space and once artwork is completed to your satisfaction you may pay your balance in full by either of the methods above or proceed the balance on receipt of the magazine.

Normally you will receive a copy of the magazine in the post 7 days after our print date and also prior to this we will email a PDF version for you to enjoy.   As we publish a variety of magazines throughout the year for different events and venues we will advise on print date / circulation date and figures prior to booking and these will be stated in your confirmation of order.

We are happy to offer payment terms which would be applicable for your company and are flexible in this approach, payment on receipt of magazine, 30 days term, on proof approval or to fit with your budgets.

Cancellation can be made prior to 5 days * before print date where any monies / deposit would be refunded by the payment taken, ie Debit/ Credit Card Refund of Bac's Transfer for both Cheque and Bank Transfer. 

We also do not copyright the artwork that we create and if you wish to use this in other marketing avenues for your company please feel free. We would be happy to resize for your requirements all you need to do is get in touch and we would be happy to help.

* The Magazines are designed by our team here at Creative Media Magazines Ltd and ready for the printers 5 days before print slot.  This gives time for final tweaks and editorial inserts required.
